Your posts about Chris really struck a chord with me. I follow Kimberly's blog and feel that your posting to her blog is so very important to her well being. While I have not lost a spouse, I have a friend who did (in the Napa Valley, when we lived there).

I wish there was a way for the pain to ease, to melt away with time. It is those strange memories, be it a smell or an unseasonably hot day, that brings memories washing over the soul, disrupting the day and sense of sanity.

Kimberly needs your posts more than ever, thanks for sharing your own loss and helping her find her path forward.
